The 45-day public notice period ends on April 22nd<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MassDEP will accept comments during this period and will host two virtual public hearings on March 28th. The first virtual public hearing will take place at 1:00pm (<a href=\"https:\/\/us06web.zoom.us\/meeting\/register\/tZIud-murDMpEtRlQ5le-uxpipyJ4JIjLKUM\">zoom registration<\/a>) and the second will take place at 6:00pm (<a href=\"https:\/\/us06web.zoom.us\/meeting\/register\/tZYud-6qrDgjHNIHGfO2xm6nsV8UGj9MqIH_\">zoom registration<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>For more information as well as documents for review, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mass.gov\/info-details\/massdep-permits-approvals-for-comment\">https:\/\/www.mass.gov\/info-details\/massdep-permits-approvals-for-comment<\/a><\/p>\n<p>MassDEP strongly encourages written comments to be submitted by email to <a href=\"mailto:massdep.publiccommentnpdes@mass.gov\">massdep.publiccommentnpdes@mass.gov<\/a>, subject line: CSO Variances.
